Packaging and delivery

Your voucher has been beautifully designed, ready to be printed from your printer at home. Your voucher will be emailed to you or directly to the recipient, and can be presented on a smartphone to be redeemed.

This voucher is valid for 10 months after purchase.

1) This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption.
2) This voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used for this experience with payment in full.
3) All vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of sale, and redeemable 48 hours after purchase. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
4) Customers wishing to redeem their vouchers must make a booking in advance.
5) Photocopies will not be accepted.
6) Please state which experience you are booking for under 'reservation notes' when booking. Reservations are subject to availability. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
7) The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
8) This voucher cannot be redeemed during the month of December or key dates e.g., Valentine’s Day. Please ask when booking.
9) This voucher includes food only. Drinks, additional sides, and a 13.5% service charge will be payable on the day.
